Each and every Chastity Belt and Accessories we sell will be custom made to the measurements of your body. In order for us to make you a chastity belt or accessories we will need you to fill out a measurement sheet. After the measurements are taken you may just simply email them to us in order to thomas@williamjoneschastity.com along with a order form which is also pictured below. You may also mail these to us along with your payment to the address listed below. We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier Checks.
